The Post Graduate Teaching Department of Law, of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University RTMNU in association with The Internal Quality Assurance Cell, RTMNU is organising One Week National Workshop on IPR – Patent – it’s Procedure and Legalities” from January 3, 2022 to January 8.
The primary objective of the workshop is to make students aware about Patents, patent procedures and legalities involved in it. It focused primarily on importance of patents, filing a patent, examination of patent application and dispute Redressal. It also focused on importance of pre-grant and post-grant opposition. The workshop aimed at providing hands on training along with expertise lecture on various crucial aspects of patents in India.
The workshop is designed as per the requirements of industry professionals, executives, academicians, researchers, legal professionals, students and potential applicants for patents who wish to get detailed legal and practical knowledge in patenting and other IPRs that will be helpful in their profession and studies.
The registration for the workshop is open from December 15, 2021 and the last date of registration is 2 January 2022.
