Districts like Purulia, Bankura, Birbhum, Murshidabad, West Midnapore, Jhargram are likely to get more thunderstorms. It has also been reported that there is no possibility of continuous rain anywhere in South Bengal. The monsoon entered South Bengal on 16 June and spread to the whole of South Bengal in two days.
