On 6th June, India and China Military Generals meeting have been scheduled by 9:30 today to resolve the dispute over Ladakh’s Line of Actual Control (LAC). LieutenantGeneral Harinder Singh, commander of Leh-based 14 Corps will represent India, and Major General Liu Lin, commander of South Xinjiang Military Region will represent China. The Ministry of External Affairs had earlier said that the situation should be handled with peaceful discussion by respecting each other’s sensitivities, and aspirations. The meeting point of both the Lt. Generals is at Chushul-Moldo Border (Chinese-side).
